Hi

i was woundering if i can force users to post 3 or 5 posts before they
can download attachment in the Gamma version ?

I'd like the same thing for RC1 please ^_^ It's annoying having noobs kill your bandwidth.

floris/xiphoid did something like this over at his forum, but have no idea if it's a template mod or a hack. =/
