Ok when I'm logged in it looks fine but when I'm logged out its all screwy

Yep, I'm sure it's the forumhome_unreg message causing that. Just revert as it's default there.

Then refer back to the welcome panel hack and fix those template edits to forumhome.

It's something with that table, either the logout, table code or un_reg message.
