1. Never a good game plan if you want the forums to take off
2. Too many forums for starting off
3. Depressing color scheme
4. It's extremely dangerous to have multiple admins. Only have them if you know them in real life and implicitly trust them.
5. You need a specific target audience
6. I like what you did with the status bits on forumhome
