Yea, im lookin into one now, where your options are:

Must reply first before you vote and have at least 100 posts to vote

When you start a thread, you have credits and you can use them to either count them on your record or battle for fun. Once you choose your option, it takes you to the poll.php and then you put there exact names in the box and start poll.

Also:

Cant vote for yourself

Cant edit your post in specific threads

Must leave adequate feedback, like a set number of characters in your reply or you get an dq in your vote and a automatic PM is sent to you tellin your vote was dq'ed.

If someone can look into this, it would be nice, im lookin into it now, but no luck, because of work and college. Anybody think they can give it a shot.
