Not sure if this is a good spot to ask a IP address question or not, if not please move to correct forum, sorry...

If you ban an IP and user then they change ISP that changes there IP also so they can reregister? And if they use a DSL or dial up it changes with every login so you can't really ban the IP? Is there anyother way to ban them?

There is no foolproof way of banning.

IP bans can be simple avoided by using a proxy.
