issues with phpadsnew and vb3

i have been using phpadsnew for a long time now. i came across two problems that i could not resolve yet with it's integration in vb. maybe someone has a hint on these.

first, phpadsnew stores data in a cookie. this is, as i use a portal and global login to the site (path /, domain empty) the same cookie as the one vb uses. phpadsnew then from time to time deletes the cookie to get space again. so the user gets logged out. this is very annoying, but documented. the docs of phpadsnew say for this case that it should be moved to another domain, subdomain or whatever. so it uses a cookie of its own.

second problem, with phpadsnew on a different domain i have to use javascript remote invocation code in vb. only this one will bring the flash banners toom, what is also a documented limitation.
now this is all is working. at least as long as your surf the forums with one browser windows. the strange thing happening is when you open another one with right-click. i do this a lot in threads lists. very often it results in a script error on the page. the banner is not showing and this error message is given:

char: 2
error: "vbojects" is null or no object

i guess it has something to do with javascript.

this behaviour was there with vb2 and is now with vb3. just the error message is different. the place where it points to is, however, telling nothing from the page.

any hints?
