Is there any way to show each user group a message in the forum or even in the thread..?

also i tiwll be great if it was Random Message for each group

they have options where you can Type a Random Messages it is great

Example Uncitve User Group

"$username You do not active you Account check this link to active your account"

Then it will Change to

"$username visit site.com For the Great blah balh blah "
