Publish Articles and Index with vbulletin?

Hello Good people :

I currently manage a website that has forums and articles. I have just switched to VBulletin for the forums and the experience has been great.

I at this time use a blogging tool to publish and index my articles and I'm wondering if VBulletin can be somehow used to achieve this and to also publish the entire website?

I just checked out both sites but unfortunately they dont speak English. All I see is codes - nothing an average joe like me can use.

You mean english as in understandable, or english as in the language? If language, just do a search here, because I'm not sure on the domain names.
