Help: User Reputation Permissions

I don't know how this keeps happening but no matter what vb version I install, my reputation settings for each usergroup at random times will change and on one day like my Super Moderator usergroup will have all of the following enabled
Can Use Reputation Yes

Can Leave Negative Reputation Yes

Can See Who Left User Ratings Yes

Can Hide Reputation from Others Yes

The next day I go back, two or more are not. I checked at vb.com and this is not a bug so I was wondering where exactly in the database and what are the values of those four settings and then would it be possible to write some kind of cron script so that on every hour it reupdates all usergroups reputation settings to Yes?

Have you checked your admin logs to see if someone is changing them - they cannot just change themselves.
