I looked around but, couldn't find anything. I had this hack for vb2 where my supermods could change usernames via the mod cp. Is there or could someone possibly make a hack where this can be done in vb3?

I'm surprised this isn't a much needed thing. I get a few people asking for name changes just about everyday.
