you are going to have to reinstall the templates

i have looked in the CMPS portal zip file and i checked the read me and i don't see anything there

If I recall correctly there is the installer that put all the templates into the default style at the time you installed the portal.

btw my vBradio shows up as white screen would i have to re-run installer 2?
