session differences from 3.0.1 to 3.0.3

there is difference between the session table in 3.0.1 and 3.0.3. the field idhash was moved. does this at all affect exec_shut_down() in /includes/functions.php

if so how would i go about updating the session table with an id in 3.0.1?
