need help changing thead link url on showthread Hybrid mode

I hope someone can Help me with something.

I'm trying to change the thread links url on Hybrid mode.

for example, one of the thread links url is:
http://www.domain.com/showthread.php?postid=XXX#postXXX

I want to change that to:
http://www.domain.com/showthread.php?t=XXX#postXXX

this makes it displaying all of the threads above the thread.

where and what I have to make the modifications?
