I was wondering how to i make it so people can put all caps in the title part??? is there a hack or something or an option i can set that will enable this...????

because verytime i put all caps in title it comes out like Title lmfao instead of TITLE

VB Options > Message Posting and Editing Options > Prevent 'SHOUTING' > SET TO NO
