I've seen the following attached image on a few boards, yet I don't see on here how to do it.

Can somone point me in the right direction?

Its part of the default rank system in the vBulletin 3 verision. Its Standard in all vB3 installs all you have to do is set it up and make the image.

But what I'd like to do, is have it setup like this:

I have a private area where people have to "sponsor" others. What I'd like to do is have that be the sponsors name. is that possible?

So like on my account it would be:
