Current active users/Who's Online errors
We just joined vBulletin a few days ago and we are going to be transferring our forums over from ezboard tomorrow. Over the past few days, I've installed some hacks on board and since then, the "Current Active Users" and Who's Online sections have been messed up on the board (even though none of my hacks are related to that at all.)
Currently, you can see the "Current Active Users" correctly on the index page. But when you go into the specific forums, you only see yourself listed on the user list -- no one else. Also, from the index page, you can't see how many people are viewing which forum. Also, when you go to the Who's Online page, it shows everyone viewing the Index page even if they are actually in other forums. I know I didn't word this very well, but if anyone has any idea why this is happening or what I can do to correct it, it would be appreciated. Regular vBulletin support can't help because I have hacks installed. |
