Hi,

Does anyone know how to increase PM quota for a specific user? Any help would be appreciated

Specific user? no specific usergroup yes

AdminCP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Edit the group > Pm Quota

Make a new usergroup with a higher pm quota and add the user to it as a secondary member
