i edited the upload limits to 20 mb
but when i try to upload a 6mb file PHP limit error says and i cant upload ANY HELP PLEASE

PHP probably has its own limitations set. You'll have to edit those in your php.ini, if you a have your own server.

this feature is server based, you have to deal with your host webmaster for this limitation.
