threading rating and thread limit on forum

Hi

I was wondering is there a way to display, what I have rated the thread when viewing it, and the avg rating!

so it would read

You Voted: 3 stars Average: 4 stars (with images used)

Also a hack so a user can only create xx amount of threads in a selected forum!

I don't think, to my limited knowledge at least, that something like that even gets stored at all, so you'd have to add another field to the table maybe and have it be 'what_you_rated' and then set it. Then simply just recall it later.

I think it gets stored in the threadrate table?
