has anyone looked at rottentomatoes.com's journal integration? I'm not sure if that journal is completely custom or what but it is very nice.

AH....a couple of rookies in the quest for a vb3 journal! You'll find that hack here. It' s a much appreciated "patched" version of an obsolete vB2 journal system that some are using while awaiting AN-net's shiny new vB3 journal system!

a lot of talk, no actual product (Like most other journal hacks.... Reeva et al excepted from this)

any rough idea of timescales?

i don't want to be rude by any means...

but i keep getting deadlines that turn out false.. like i was told a little bit ago it would be done at the end of the weekend, and that was like two weeks ago. then last week, i was told that this week would be beta and at the end their would be a release.. and yet he doesnt seem to be able to make that deadline either..

i just have to wonder when some one says it will be done by the end of the weekend, and yet a few weeks later he is still working on it..

so to be honest.. i am wondering if this will ever be released..

I have to say my advice is go with the Reeva version until something better eventually get's released. I've given up waiting for people to release Journals hacks if they appear fine if they don't I've still got one working at the moment.

Porting the basics won't be that hard.
