Database back-up
I have posted this over at .com but not had any replies as yet so I though I would post it here too
I have just backed up my database from my live box and saved it to my HDD, then I dropped all the tables on my test box and imported the saved database to it, everything shows up fine as in all the forums, I can click on a forum and see all the latest threads, but when I click on a thread to see the posts I get the microsoft 404 not found error, I think its looking in the correct place because the address bar shows http://192.168.3.102/portal/forum/showthread.php?t=2985 Has anybody else come across this problem and do you know how I solve it Regards Chet |

Amazing fast response there and I'm glad to say that was it, although there is still one problem if you can help me with it, when I click on the thread the address bar shows http://192.168.3.102/portal/192.168....ead.php?t=2986 so I have to delete on of the 192.168.3.102/portal to get it to work, once again thanks for the fast response
