Is it possible? I want the last XX posts/threads from my forums to appear on another domain, is it possible to make?

Yes it is possible, is the domain on same host? (if so much easier) is the domain also using a vbulletin?

The domains are hosted on the same server, but only one domain runs vb.

Something like that 'top xxx stats' would be very easy to do.
