req: event thread creation .

i would like a mod like this :

say create a forum called "events discussion" .
and subforums called
district 1
district 2
district 3
etc,etc.....

then have a hack that when someone submits
a new event for a certain forum it starts a new
discussion thread automaticly in the events forum
and correct subforum .

the new thread created should contain the event title
and a link to the event in the calander .......

any way to do this ?
