I am sure this has been discussed to death.... SO, im gonna bring it up again.

Actually, its a simple question. I am building a site which will eventually be free but with a paid members only section -

SO- I have 2 questions-

What photo gallery hack or software can I restrict posting by usergroups?

What chat hack or software can I restrict entry by usergroups?

photopost for the image gallery (imo, not worth the money, anymore).. not sure about the chat stuff as i don't use it.. but in the vb3 code modification section, there is talk of a couple of chat programs being integrated with vB3.. so that means it uses, or would hopefully use, their permission system..
