Means their gettin told they cannot do what they are tryin to do. For instance --
If on my forum i had it set that guests cannot see attachments, so if a guest clicks on an attachment they wil get a message saying they need to be logged in, and on the whos online section, it will show that red mark, basically saying their seeing a message telling them they cannot do whatever they are doing Hope that explains it |

It means the user has gone to try and do something they can't do. For example they may have got a link to a thread in private forums that they can't access. And then they receive the no permission error
