Template Modification

vBulletin comes with a global (header) navigation menu. For my site, I do not want a header or top nav menu. Rather, I want global (side or horizontal) navigation menu. This would be similar to the kind of menu found in the User CP.

Which template(s) should be edited to achieve this design objective?

Better place to ask would be vBulletintemplates.com however you would need to edit 3 templates at the mininum

Header Footer and navbar.
