That's just a shoutbox. We already have one released in Beta Modifications.

No..it's not a usual shoutbox because it has a horizontal display which is very nice.

Im sure that could be achieved with the one currently released for RC1, just move the tables about a little bit

But if its the one from p0s3id0n that you seriously want your best bet is probably to PM him asking him if he has plans on updating this for vB3, then let us know

Thats a shame, Have you tried emailing him from his profile if he has it available?

Otherwise im not sure what you can do apart from mess around with the one that has already been released.
