ok this is kind of hard to explain but I'll try. How can I get it so an option in the user cp can only be choosen once. for example a user gets to pick 1 pokemon to start with and they have a list of 5 or so to choose from, how can I get it so they can only choose from that list 1 time.

You would have to make alterations in the php files probably the usercp.php and then make the according template changes to reflect the php to make it all work together.
