Photo Album?

I've been looking for a Photo Album for vBulletin2 which would have the same features of a phpbb Photo Album created by smartor, if any of you here have worked with it.

It is a very nice album with this features:
- Fully integrated with phpBB2 backend (DB, session, template, multi languages, etc.) // This would be for vB of course ^_^
- Powerful and handy AdminCP
- Auto-generated thumbnail (require GD)
- Manual-uploaded thumbnail (for someone cannot install GD)
- Thumbnail cache (for better performance)
- Multi-categories
- Powerfull and phpBB-like permissions system
- ModeratorCP
- Upload Quota
- Pic Description
- Recent pics
- Personal galleries (for member-oriented boards)
- Rate system
- Comment system
- Hotlink prevention (can set allowed domains)
- Auto optimization for different GD versions
- Pic view counter
- Admin/Moderator pic approval
- Probably uploadable in PHP Safe Mode

Is there anything for vBulletin already created like this?
I've been looking.. but they are not really the same..

Please give me some help if possible.

Well, I hope that gives an example, that was what I was doing on a friend mine forum, so I just took a print screen to show you the index of it.
This add on, was probably the best hack ever released to phpbb, Is there any chance someone make the same to vBulletin if isn't done?

i dunno from that screenie it seems like basically photopost for phpBB in which case check out oaks gallery, and a few other free ones of which the name escapes me.
