MY VBIndex Question
I installed the VBIndex hack and it worked great , only trouble I have is finding the right URL(template) to change in the forums . For example , when you are on the main forum page and click to go to a post(sub forum) and want to return to the main forum page , it now goes to the Homepage instead of back to main forum when clicking the link . I found most of the others , UserCp , Whosonline etc... but am overlooking where this main one is . Hope I explained this right .
MyForum > Current News > News Say this is the forum page you are now on , when you click MYFORUM to return you bounce to the Homepage now . I have ver. 3.2.2 of VBIndex Thanks XJ |

Is version 3.22 the new version of vBindex for vB3.x? If so then you might want to head over to http://www.coreforums.net/

3.2.2 would be the latest version of mYvBindex for vB2.
If I follow you here, this is really something caused by a forums setting that is incorrect. You should go to your Admin CP and click on "vBulletin Options". Under "General Settings", you should change the setting for the "URL" option to something such as http://yoursite.com/forum/ Also, in the future you may want to ask support questions under the thread from which you downloaded the hack. |

That URL has nothing to do with what I was looking for but thanks . My Buddy flipped me the hack and said it was great , everything works great except I am having troubles finding that main forum URL to change . Hard to explain , if you've ever installed this hack ya know . I'll check that other site , thanks
XJ If anyone else comes across this issue its the link in the NAVBAR template you change, from index.php TO forums.php . This fixes that issue after you install Vbindex |

Not sure I understand your response, but I believe im having a similar problem.
My vbindex is linking improperly to my root even though i've set my URL within vbulletin to domain.com/forums The links all go to domain.com/search.php? for example instead of domain.com/forums/search.php? Any help would be appreciated, thanks X-Pyro |
