How do u make it Mandatory for you to type in your age? like when registering.

I am pretty sure it is actually illigal to "force" people to enter their age (in the US anyway). Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I am pretty sure that's the case.

1- make a new profile field for "age" or "birth date"
2- make it mandatory
