Help!

I run a really cool non-profit for teens to advocate their needs to their community leaders.

Right now we need a kick-**s Message Board system for the teens to use, and we need it up ASAP.

But I don't know if Vbulletin alone will do the trick - it may need some hacks. And I need a developer and designer to put it all together for us.

We have a modest budget, but we need a hero right now. There are literally hundreds of teens counting on us to get this up by early August. Please let me know if you can help.

If so, we will gladly buy VBulletin. We have a host. We just need a tech & design Guru to put it all together for us.
