What you need to do make it not allow a certain kind to e-mail to register. Like I don't want to let people to use a hotmail account to register.
How do you make that?

Add hotmail.com to the Banned Email domain box in Admin CP Options, and enable Banning options. Check my sig for more free email domains to ban.
