that's standart in vb, just there is a timelimit you have to set up in your vb options

The problem with that is that there doesn't appear to be a setting to allow unlimited time (0 in this field stops the title being changed at all).

Any ideas?

I would ideally like to only apply this to one forum, but I could live with it working across the board.

just enter a very high value, for example the timelimit on vborg is 3 months, if you make it 1 year or more it's nearly unlimited
