-Few too many forums for 25 members.
-Although you don't reccomend 800 X 600, all allignments are completly out of whack. At least try to improve it and try to accomodate all styles. You'll have the best effect in the end. (This is because it's mainly the header and footer which affects all your vB pages)
-Possibly the green is a bit too bright for your grey/s.

as for the members. alot of them left as the CS League that was going on (starting) was at a hault and ppl couldnt wait for it and left.

true . I adapted the idea i got yesterday now on any res. the table will be align correctly but 800.600 is still to small for the site.

I like the header very much , but perhaps you could compress it a bit horizontally , and not let it span the whole page , perhaps 80%-90% of the page would be good.
Also the column on the left is kinda taking up screen space , perhaps make it thinner and as for the main forums display bit , table width of 80% perhaps ?

Overall i think it has a clean look and i feel the colors blend well.

Though like previously mentioned , may be a bit too many forums for a start. Perhaps can merge a few first , when members and activity starts picking up , decide from there if its worth breaking up to more sections.

Well as an update. I just redid the forums. The style is the same but its a clean few hacked board.

the left is for a left table i am eventualy putting in from the main site.

There's only a really tiny scroll because of the header on 800 X 600, but it's good enough.

yeah. the way the header is made the images will overcome the 800 width. i myself use the highest posible res my vid card and monitor can go.

soon if i get the template files for our main site the left space will get filled.
