I remember seeing an email (I think it may have been from vBulletin or one of it's partners) about a relatively low cost add-on for vBulletin that let you create an advanced email subscription solution...
I cannot seem to find this email or any other information about this addon. Can anyone help me with this? TIA! |

I've looked at both of those and neither of them were it. They both are good looking products that I may consider later, but they are essentially fully featured email add-ons for a site (more or less).
What I was looking for was an enhanced form/thread subscription addon that better serve users as well as allowing them to select digest or per post messages. Thanks! Will :bunny: |

Both could be modified, probably. vBMS should be able to because it gets run by a cron job (not sure how HiveMail is set up).

OK, I agree with your thoughts about vBMS. I guess I should make sure that my question makes sense.
![]() The default behavior of vB is to send just one message when a thread has been updated--until the user visits the thread again. I want to be able to send a message each time a thread is updated (as well as the option to have a daily digest list the ListServes use). Thanks, Will |

Theoretically all you should have to do is remove the checks as to whether the user has already been sent an e-mail.

True...looking now to see where that is. Do you have any idea what template that might be hidden in?
Thanks! Will |
