I am using v2.2.9 and I was wondering if somebody could design a hack allowing me to remove global announcements from select forums.

Example:
Let's say I have 16 forums, and I make a global announcement showing up in each one. I want to remove it from forum 2, but there is no way to do this unless I make it an announcement manually in each one and exclude it from this.

Can somebody write a hack allowing me to remove a global announcement from select forums?
