In the admin control panel it states you can ban all domains like hotmail, but is it also possible to ban usernames that might appear in the email as well? I know that it's something that a lot could of people could get around, but I figure it would put up another line of defense for baned users re-registering.

Is this possible without hack and if not, is it possible with hacking?

It requires hacking i believe with regular expressions if my new PHP books is teaching me correctly
