Resricted Access to Admin controlpanel

On my forums which i opened a few days ago (attack.elementznet.com) ,

i like appointed jr administrators etc.. i gave the jr admin usergroup admin cpanel access,
but the thing is , i want to know if there is a hack or if someone can make a hack, that will be like, say it lets you decide what they can do in the admin control panel. cause i dont want them to be able to like make database backups etc. or edit users etc.

anyone know what i mean and can anyone help??

Look for the Lesser Admin Hack.

Beware that having any administrator other than yourself is extremely dangerous. Never, ever do it unless you completely trust the person, it is necessary for your forums, and you know the person in real life.
