Hello, I'm new here,

I am in the process of getting Admin privileges on a website with a vBulletin, I was wondering about being a remote admin, assuming I am givin maximum possible privileges am I able to make changes remotely? Or does this have to be set up out side of vBulletin?

I'm not sure I understand. To have admin access, all you need is the username and password to access the Admin Control Panel. You can access this anywhere from the net, as long as you have internet access.

To download hacks and receive support you will need to go to this page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)

You can get the Admin of your site to enter it for you. Without doing this to show you are licensed, no you won't be able to download hacks. Or receive support.
