One of my members wanted a way to see the different US time zones since he is in Europe so together we found a javascript that was pretty cool and I adapted it to work with vbulletin's template system. Let me know if there is interest and I will put together an install file. Here it is...

Personally I doubt I'd use it, but its good none the less and would be better than the existing hack which I *think* adds a few queries
