Please help with Posts
Ok, I will introduce myself. I own the site http://www.xboxcorp.com and we currently run a program called "XCPoints". Really all it is a way to purchase prizes with your posts. Well what I want to do is have a way to delete/add these points without changing their actual post count. For example when they make a post and it says:
Posts: Under their name I want another line of text to say: XCPoints: Except I need help with the following: 1) I want it so the XCPoints: line will operate exactly as the post count except be seperate from it so I can add/delete points from it without interferring with the general post count. How would I create a "clone" of the "Post Count" option which would work exactly like a post counter and so I could edit the numbers like editing the post count in the admin panel. 2) How would I get this to show up under "Posts:" under someones avatar. Which template would I edit. Help would be greatly appreciated. I am new to PHP and don't know much about it right now. I have been trying to figure out how to do this for a couple weeks. I tried to make it sound as simple as possible, hope I didnt confuse anyone. |

Just do a search for Shinra's Points Hack in the Full Releases forum - it can do all that you want it to do - as long as you install the addon that let's you add points per post.
