I want to upgrade my vbulletin forum from version 2.0.1 to 2.2.8 but I only have upgrade scripts to upgrade from 2.2.0. Could someome give me upgrade11.php, upgrade12.php and upgrade13.php files? I read in vb docs those files are necessary to upgrade, but I don't have them.
