I know this has been covered before, but I think it would be benifical if I could have a post to refer to and see exactly what forums unlicenced users can post in, I though for example the PHP forum could only be used by licenced users. I'd be greatful if a moderator or admin could compleate the list for me (YES means they can post in the forum.

I'll make it easier.

Unlicenses users can only post under Announcements (post only), Site Feedback, Pre-Sales, PHP, The Lounge, Forum Commenting (post only) and Testing Zone... pretty much what you said.
