I don't want users to be able to up threads in certain forums. Is there a hack available that can allow me to do such a thing, or is one easy to make?

The hack has been released in REQUESTS forum (not releases) a few months ago but I'm not sure how you can find it since keyword "bump" must be most used word in this forum, will return hundreds of posts lol.. Make be you can try to search it in title..
