Database error in vBulletin :

Link-ID == false, connect failed
mysql error: Too many connections

mysql error number: 1040

everything was going alright!! but today (only) im getting too many errors about the database!! im sure that theres no TOO MANY users/connection visiting my website but it says that!!
anyone help me please!!

thats not the only file.. im getting errors on all files
