I created a new Group.

I want to only only Mods., Admins., and this new Group access to upload pictures.

I do not want the other groups to see the Upload box.

How do I go about doing this?

goto the user group permission, goto the groups that you dont want, and uncheck "allow [img] tag", or if that not what you're looking for, uncheck "allow attachments"
