When a user puts his/her pointer on a smilie while viewing a thread then I would like alt message to come up with the smilietext as the ALT message... just like in the FAQ page about the smilies.. I tried looking for it but so far havent had much luck

or in other words:

when viewing a thread.. can I have it so that the smilietext is put in the ALT=" " of the img ? so that when a user puts his/her mouse pointer on a smilie then the description or smilietext pops up?
