Special user title for a "new" usergroup

Here's what I'd like to do. I have a forum that only certain users can post new threads in. I created a new usergroup, and gave them permission to add new threads. The Registered usergroup cannot add new threads in that forum. Now, here's the hard part. How can I add a special user title to just that new usergroup? It would have to override the default usertitle settings, like new member, member, senior member, etc.
