Invisable users?

Is there a hack or a way to make all users visible? Sorry if this is common knowledge. I am new to this but having a blast!

normally it is preinstalled by your hostingprovider, if not you can find it here:

That isnt the php code for admin/index.php as far as my index.php file goes...
